10/12/24 Harvest Market

10/12/24 Harvest Market

$50.00Price

Thank you for your interest in our Alyssa's Harvest Market! It will be on Saturday October 12th from 9am-3pm. It is a one-day market! Bring out all your Autumn and Christmas items!

Fees are based on the space that you choose. We have two different levels of pricing.

We have spaces on the covered front porch. These spaces are approximately 7x9’. They will not require tents. These spaces are $50 each. There are 8 spaces available. You will have access to electricity.

The other level is all in the parking lot. These spaces are $30 and these spaces will require tents and DO NOT have access to electricity. The spaces will fit a 10x10’ tent. You will not be able to stake your tents down so, if needed, please bring other methods to keep your tent down.

The fees are non-refundable for cancellations or no shows.

You will need to bring your own tables, racks, display items, etc. You are only renting open space.

All vendors can start setting up at 6am on the morning of the market. Should you wish to drive up to your spot to unload – it is imperative that you come early to get set up. All vendors must park at the very North end of the Outfield. Please pull as far north against the tree line as is possible. When you arrive the day of the event, there will be an Alyssa’s representative directing traffic to help you get situated. You should check in with them when you arrive to get your space. All vendor related vehicles will need to be out of the main walkway/driveway and front parking lot by 8:45am. Again, ALL VENDORS MUST PARK at the farthest North end of the field - do NOT park in the Alyssa's lot. We need every available spot for customers! You are responsible for bagging your own merchandise, collection of your own $$ and making your own change - we will not have any extra for these days. You are welcome to pass out cards & info if you'd like too!  We ask that vendors do not break down and/or leave before 3:00pm. It helps everyone if the area stays full. “A crowd draws in a crowd” for sure around here!
