Christmas Tree Contest Registration
Join us for our 1st Annual Christmas Tree
This is open to anyone and we encourage businesses, organizations, families and crews
to join and have some fun!
100% of the profits will go to YOUR favorite charities!
That's right! The winners get to pick the charity of
their choice to donate the proceeds to!
(Must be a 501(C)3 organization)
Plus, you'll get bragging rights
Through the Christmas season!
1st Place winners get 50% of total proceeds
2nd & 3rd place winners both get 25% each
of the total proceeds,
all of which will be sent to your favorite
charity on your behalf!
There is a $10 registration fee.
Then the voting will be $1 for each ballot/vote!
The trees will be 3’ tall non-lit rustic artificial trees.
You can use lights however we ask that
there are no candles or open flame.
Any theme is open, however any tree
deemed inappropriate will not be accepted.
We will provide the trees to keep them
as uniform as possible.
When the trees are fully decorated,
they must be able to fit in a box measuring
Registration is open from Nov. 5th until Nov. 16th.
Tree pickup is at Alyssa's from Nov. 16th-Nov. 21st
The deadline for dropping off completed trees
at Alyssa's will be Friday, Nov. 25th.
Public voting both online and instore will be
Nov 27th – Dec. 10th at 8pm.
The winners will be announced on Dec 14th.
All of the trees will be auctioned off during our
weekly auction on Wednesday, Dec 9th.
The total of registrations, voting and auction totals
will be incorporated and split between the top three
winners for their charities!
