Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for our Ladies’ Night event on July 26th, 2025! Here’s everything you need to know about participating in this exciting evening.
Event Details
Date: Thursday, January 26, 2025
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM (setup starts at 3:00 PM)
Location: Alyssa’s, Pace, FLFor just $50 and a $50 giveaway gift, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with our amazing clientele who love shopping, discovering new products, and building connections with local businesses like yours, and our theme to add to the fun is 'Golden Girls'. I mean, how could we go wrong with a store full of ladies dressed as Blanche, Rose, Sophia, or Dorothy and playing games to win prizes and gift certificates, all while chatting with you about your offerings and connecting with what you do best?
What’s Included as a Vendor?
- A designated space (approx. 4x5’) within our store to showcase your business.
- Exposure to hundreds of guests attending the event.
- Inclusion in our event promotions and the chance to engage directly with potential customers.
What We Ask From You:
- Vendor Fee: $50 (to reserve your spot). Payment must be made within 48 hours of approval.
- Gift Basket: Provide a giveaway item valued at $50 for a personal raffle at your table.
- Promotion: Share the event with your network via email, Facebook, or word of mouth to help spread the word!
Additional Details
- Vendor Limit: Space is limited to 15–20 vendors (first come, first served).
- Setup: Begin anytime after 3:00 PM, and please arrive no later than 5:00 PM.
- Event Duration: Vendors are required to stay until at least 8:00 PM.
- Decor: Bring tablecloths, decorations, or props to make your space stand out! Tables are not provided but may be pre-set in your space.
- Teamwork: We recommend bringing a friend or family member to assist you during the event. It gets busy, and having an extra pair of hands can make all the difference!
- Engagement Focus: This is a networking event! While selling products is allowed, we encourage vendors to focus on connecting with guests and building relationships.
How the Night Works
Guests will receive a “passport” to get stamped at every vendor’s table, ensuring they meet each vendor. Completed passports will be entered into a grand prize drawing.
For your personal giveaway, please bring:
- Your $50 gift basket.
- An entry container (bucket, canister, etc.).
- Entry slips with your business information (we’ll return them at the end of the night for your follow-up).
