Thank you for your interest in being a part of the Alyssa's Super Summer Market,  June 27th 2026, at Alyssa's! We love hosting markets and would love for you to be a part of it. Our preference is for vendors with handcrafted, unique items, décor, and more!

Of course, we do still allow other types of vendors, i.e., direct marketers, etc.

 

Please take a few minutes to read through the information below so you’re ready to go before Market day arrives.

Regular Market Hours//  9am-3pm

 

ARRIVAL + SETUP //

When you arrive, look for me or Jessica out front - We'll be there to check everyone in and help get you settled into your space.

 

You may begin setting up as early as 6:00 AM. You do not have to arrive that early, but all vendors must arrive no later than 8:00 AM so we can be fully ready before the store opens and our Facebook Live vendor feature begins at 9:00 AM.

 

Each vendor has been assigned to either a Porch or Parking Lot area. Within those areas, exact placement will be determined by arrival time and occasionally by product type to help keep similar vendors spaced apart.

 

PORCH SPACES: $50

  • Approximately 7x9
  • No tent needed
  •  

PARKING LOT SPACES: $30

  • Approximately 10x10
  • Tent required
  • Tents must be weighted since staking is not permitted
  •  

Please bring everything needed for your booth setup, including tables, racks, displays, chairs, water, snacks, and anything else you may need throughout the day.

 

You are responsible for:

  • Your booth setup - tables, chairs, displays etc. 
  • Bagging purchases - bring your own bags, wrapping materiels
  • Processing payments - square, paypal, venmo or cashapp are popular. Sales tax is your responsibility. 
  • Making change if needed - bring a good supply of cash, although most shoppers now use cards or other methods. 
  • You can display business cards, brochures, flyers with all of your business information. If you do custom orders please make sure your guests know they are not affiliated with Alyssas. 
  • Porch vendors have electricity outlets. Parking lot vendors do not have that access. Generators are not generally welcomed as booths are VERY close together and the sound and fumes may bother your neighbors.

We highly recommend using a Square card reader or another card payment option since many shoppers no longer carry cash.

 

PARKING //

After unloading, all vendor vehicles must be moved to the end of the outfield across the street. Vendor vehicles must be out of Alyssa’s main parking lot by 8:45 AM.

Why? Because the best parking spaces should be available for your customers!

 

FOOD + FACILITIES //

Pika Grill will be onsite serving lunch beginning at 11:00 AM and staying throughout the Market.

We also highly suggest bringing someone with you if possible so you have coverage for restroom breaks or busy shopping moments at your booth.

 

PHOTO + VIDEO //

If you follow us on social media, you know we frequently post photos and go Live on Facebook throughout the week. During the Market, we’ll likely feature vendors and products on our Live videos and social media pages throughout the day.

Many shoppers come specifically looking for items they saw during our videos, so be ready to share your favorite product if you’re comfortable being on camera for a quick moment!

 

DEPARTURE //

Please do not begin breaking down before 3:00 PM.

Since the store will still be open, loading out can be a little tricky. Once your booth is fully packed down, check with us and we’ll direct you to available loading areas around the property.

 

If you are bringing a trailer, please allow a little extra time for departure logistics.

All Fees are nonrefundable if you cancel your spot at any time before the event.
